Bulk-load stock codes into one entity

The import applies to a single entity Every row in the file is created under the entity chosen below, and entity is immutable once a code exists. Check it before uploading.

Required columns: Grouping, Sub_Grouping, Brand, Packaging_Type, Packaging_Size, Grade, CountryOfOrigin, Description. Optional: Sub_Sub_Grouping, UoM. SKU is generated — do not include a SKU column. Missing lookup values are created on the fly.
